Conference: The Collections of Musée d’ethnographie Neuchâtel

Presentations by Prof Hans Bjarne Thomsen and student participants

Participants will present research done on the basis of the KGOA excursion to the Musée d’ethnographie Neuchâtel in September 8-12, 2014. Numerous objects will be discussed with their complex contexts – particularly in relation to the history of the museum and that of its collectors and donors. Representatives of the museum and the University of Neuchâtel will also take part in the conference.
